Last week, Danish Pig Academy hosted another Marketing and Export Network event in cooperation with Claus Mortensen and Laila Dam from Food & Bio Cluster Denmark as well as Susanne Zwergius Teilmann from Danish Agriculture & Food Council.
For all the participants, it was great to finally meet each other again after a break in many activities due to the Covid19 precautions.
This time, the Marketing track focused on the importance of inbound marketing. Hans Løjborg Appelby, Partner & Client Director at Mindmill, told us about how to make a commercial inbound strategy and turn leads into customers. Roxana Vasiliu from BM Silo made a presentation about how the company’s marketing channels and how they adapted to the Covid19 situation.
The Export track was also dedicated to the relevant issues. Rudi Hirsch Emtkjaer from ACO FUNKI made a presentation about China during Corona and ASF – is the largest market in the world on the right track to recovery? James Olsen from BM Silo told about the company’s strategy in Southern Europe. Besides, Joergen Bollesen from EKF shared the company’s initiatives related to Covid19 situation.
All of this followed up by the productive workshop, experience sharing, and networking. Thank you to all the speakers and participants! As usual, it was an inspiring environment and plenty of food for reflection.
